The fluidflo^® unit is shipped completely assembled and pretested with the weigh system calibrated.

The unit is installed beneath the catalyst bin and secured by four foundation bolts.

Utilities (plant and instrument air and 120 VAC electrical service) are brought to a single point in the unit.

Installation in an operating catcracker takes approximately 80 man hours (40 hours installation of unit and 40 hours installation of controls).
